Puerto Galera (20/10/06 - 24/10/06) - Part 1

Lovely holiday spot just 3 hours south of Manila. Quite popular with expats from the region.


Our ride from Batangas to Sabang Beach. Only one class of carriage shared with other livestock.



Sabang Beach is just a cesspot of sinful discos for the sleazy expats with sewage pipes into the beach. Makes for great diving at the three wrecks in the bay tho. Our forays into Sabang was limited to dinners even though the food/service was quite mixed.

It was odd being the only other Asian visitor in a village in South East Asia. Having said that, the Koreans and Honkies are here in force.
