So close

Last night, I won the second prize at the weekly lottery.



Should have known. The signs were all there. The dog had followed us to the cemetary that morning to pay our respects to my grandmother. It was raining. On our way home, the dog chased after my sister refusing to come back with me. My sister had a hunch and went to the local Singapore Pools office. The dog (with my grandmother) sure did the trick.

If only she had bought an ordinary pick instead of iBet. Would have walked away with enough money for a few dive trips! Instead the prize money is barely enough to pay for Wilson's manicure and spa session on Easter ... :)
