A part of the Singapore Biennale 2006, this is one surreal piece of installation work in the former High Court of Singapore. Brings back a lot of fond memories; I have had clients who behaved like monkeys in court.

(Edit: And yes yes, Woo J is not the CJ. I suspect the error is deliberate? Perhaps highlighting the incesteous musical chairs between executive and judicial branch of Singapore government?)
